Don’t worry, you can still remain in the UK. Recent graduates from overseas can apply for a Graduate Entrepreneur Visa to establish a business in the UK. This Visa is for 1 year, but can be extended should the business prove lucrative.
To be eligible for this visa, you must demonstrate:
- You are from outside the EEA.
- You have a bachelor’s degree, an equivalent, or a higher qualification.
- You are endorsed by a UK institution.
- You have a genuine business idea.
- You have met the required English language requirement.
- You have £50,000 to invest in your business from a recognised source.
- You can fully support yourself financially in the UK.
