Zainab is a Paralegal at our practice with 2 years’+ experience working in law.
Responsible for paralegal work and administration duties within a Front of House role providing hospitality to clients and maintaining exceptional client care. As well as providing our solicitors with legal research and draft legal documents, Zainab also helps with daily dictation, speaking to clients over the telephone and in reception, booking appointments, new client enquires, provides quotation, manages a day-to-day diary, creating court bundles for hearings, sending out post at the end of the day, filing, booking and briefing counsel for court hearings, booking interpreters when required and answering internal emails. Zainab is able to assist clients in a professional and competent manner, providing exceptional client care.
Zainab assisting solicitors on various civil matters inclusive of Dispute Resolution, Commercial Leases, General Litigation, Court of Protection and Landlord and Tenant. Zainab’s is supervised by the solicitors who is in conduct of the file she is supporting; her direct supervisor is Sunny Patel.
Alongside working at the practice Zainab is completing her Bachelors in Law (LLB).
Outside of work Zainab enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her leisure time she enjoys attending Pilates sessions and has a keen interest in country music.
