Maya Daike is a dedicated and passionate Law graduate with experience across various legal sectors, including immigration, employment, family, and criminal law. Over the past year, Maya has developed a strong focus on immigration law, gaining hands-on experience in preparing and submitting complex applications such as citizenship applications, spouse entry clearance visas, sponsorship licences, student visas, deportation appeals, and modern slavery cases.
Maya has also provided valuable support in handling family law matters such as divorce proceedings, and employment law cases involving unfair dismissal, direct and indirect discrimination, and whistleblowing claims. In the area of criminal law, Maya has worked on serious cases, including rape and gang-related crime, contributing to case preparation and legal research.
With experience attending court hearings, drafting appeal and bail applications, and managing cases from initial consultation through to resolution, Maya plays a key role in supporting legal teams and ensuring effective client representation. Maya approaches each case with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Maya Daike holds a LLB Law degree . she is actively pursuing the OISC Level 1 : Immigration Training (IAA)
